My story
I started my career in the early days of Indian e-commerce — back when "marketplace strategy" meant uploading a CSV and hoping for the best. Over 13+ years, I've operated category teams, advised funded D2C founders, and watched Indian commerce reshape itself with every new platform — from Flipkart and Amazon to Myntra and Nykaa, and now Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart.
My focus today is simple: I work with a small set of new-age and D2C founders as their GTM, e-commerce and quick commerce partner. Most brands don't fail on marketplaces because their product is bad. They fail because the operating system — listings, ads, inventory, pricing, content, ops — is amateur. My job is to install that operating system and stay accountable to outcomes.
I've helped supplement startups go from zero to first ₹40L MRR, scaled legacy FMCG into quick commerce, and supported international brands entering India with a 90-day playbook. Multiple brands I've worked with have crossed ₹1Cr+ in monthly GMV — repeatably.
